I cannot say enough good things about the team at Bavarian Motor Cars. While we have been using them for services for our 2001 BMW E46 M3 Convertible and our 2018 BMW 340i xDrive GT for a couple of years now.<br><br>My experience with them on this visit for the E46, completing the rod bearing replacement and the Vanos system, 2 of the BIG 3, is worth mentioning. They completed the requested services as well as identifying and fixing 2 other issues that I was not aware of but were critical to the safety of continued daily driving of this classic.<br><br>The value that they continue to provide us in maintaining our vehicles goes without question. Special shoutouts for the team always taking care of us, AJ Luppino, Jeremy Iglesias, Richard Collins, and John Anderson.<br><br>Give Bavarian Motor Cars the opportunity to become your trusted shop for auto services.

I have been bringing all my BMW vehicles to Josh and his crew for at least 15 years and have made the mistake couple times by taking my vehicles to other BMW service facilities and have regretted every single time.<br><br>They are kind and courteous, but most of all they know what they are doing and do it right every time. I received a flyer in the mail from BavarIan Motors and never took my Mercedes to a 3rd party for service. They took great care and kept me updated with the process and fixed my problem. Would come again and trust them with my car.

I normally use yelp to find services that i need and normally don't write reviews but i had to do one because i had the best service experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br><br>just a quick background story, I work at a BMW dealership as an service advisor for a very long time and was in the market for an X5 Diesel, i found one of of state and I live right outside of Washington dc. I had called United BMW and found out they don't offer prepurchase inspection, no big deal.<br><br>I did my research and called this place to see if they could assist. they were able to squeeze me in right away and i was just impressive with the quality of service that was provided. the multipoint system with pictures that they use was great, the technician took his time looking over the car and it had exceeded my expectation because i do this for a living.<br><br>Josh and the entire staff was great and was really knowledgeable.<br><br>This is a great service center and I would highly recommend this place for your service needs!

Have only used Bavarian Motor Cars to service my BMW!<br>It's not often you can find a business that's trustworthy and value for money! (Especially when it comes to car maintenance).<br>The team here are courteous, honest and reliable. I hope they continue leading with such high standards.

I can't speak to the quality of work. All I've done is have them do a full inspection of my car and some quotes. They did a thorough job and I appreciate that very much. A little expensive ($250) but hey, why not.<br><br>For a BMW repair shop, the quotes were competitive and I may have them do some of the work in the future. I believe they can be trusted to do good work.<br><br>My only complaint, and I have this with ALL BMW repair shops is the charges for parts.<br><br>I know a lot BMW owners are rich snobs who don't care, but some of us love these cars as cars and don't have unlimited budgets and parts can be had via Pelican Parts and other outlets that are OEM quality (often superior) at far less costs than these shops charge. I don't mind the exorbitant labor rates, I do the parts mark up. But they all seem to get away with it. If enough customers complain, maybe these shops will see the light. Doubt it.<br><br>If anyone knows a BMW shop who does good work and will let you supply your own parts, I'd be all over them like stink on...

All I can say is WOW! Recently purchased a 10 year old MINI Cooper with some idiosyncrasies that need attention. Brought the vehicle to this shop because they came highly recommended online. They performed an initial oil change service and inspection, some other needed maintenance repairs and services, and they are currently guiding me through the process of getting this vehicle dialed in for the long haul. Frontman Josh has an incredible amount of knowledge and the patience of a saint with all of my incessant questions, and John has gone above and beyond to diagnose issues and propose a plan to work through this car's particular gremlins. Everyone in the shop treats you like yours is the most important car in the world. An exceptional, honest and trustworthy family business that goes the extra mile for customers!

We tried them on a whim since they were close and specialized/ certified in BMW's. Not only did they do what they said with OEM parts, but they provided us with detailed insights on our 2008 5-series and helped us rectify some things with BMW corporate that would never have brought to our attention. Luckily we had things repaired before they broke and saved us a ton of money in doing so.<br><br>Reliable, experienced, courteous and professional. They have earned our business!

Excellent car buying experience… Carl was super knowledgeable with all the cars and the process. The entire staff is very friendly and was very helpful in many other aspects aside from the actual car buying. Truly a great company with an amazing staff and high performance cars!

This is a small, friendly, family-run business. I have known the owners for many years and I trust them with my 2 Bimmers. I recently took my X5 back to the dealership because Bavarian Motor Cars caught something that the dealership screwed up on when it was under warranty. Because of BMC, the dealership corrected the problem and BMC saved me money. Thank you John and Josh!

Josh and his staff are fantastic, took my X5 to them after another Auto repair shop near Bavarian had it for 4 weeks and couldnt get it to run properly and was told by them to sell the car " it will never run right"<br>Bavarian had it for 2 weeks diagnosed it ,fixed it and it runs perfect now....definitely will be using Josh and his team for my future X5 service......word of advice.....BMW's need to go to trained BMW technicians like Bavarian who know what that are doing...not repair shops who are not trained to fix these kinda cars.

I would highly recommend Bavarian! They treat you like one of the family and so professional as well. Only place I will take my mini :)
