What Happens After You Contact Us
Once you bring your vehicle in, we inspect it, identify the problem, and recommend any necessary repairs. We'll provide a written estimate for parts and labor so you know what to expect. We won't start any work without your approval, and if we find anything else that needs attention, we'll contact you first.
If another shop has given you a repair estimate, feel free to bring it in. We're happy to provide a free second opinion. Once the work is complete, we'll explain what we found and the repairs we made. We'll also keep your service records on file for future visits.

Service Arranged Around Your Schedule
We arrange service around your schedule, starting with respecting your time. After-hours drop-off and pickup let you leave your car before the workday begins and collect it after we close. When a repair is urgent, we work to complete it the same day whenever possible.
If you can't make it to the shop, ask about our courtesy vehicle pickup and drop-off service, available with some restrictions. For longer repairs, we can help you arrange a rental car. If you'd prefer to wait, you can relax in our customer area with coffee, free Wi-Fi, and clean restrooms. We also include a complimentary car wash after major repairs.
Payment, Financing, and Warranty
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and ATM/debit cards. Financing is available for larger repair bills, and we offer a veterans discount.
We use OEM parts and provide a 3-year/36,000-mile nationwide warranty on qualifying parts and labor. The warranty covers you while traveling and when you're driving locally.
